My extensive culinary background began with my graduation from the Culinary Institute of America, followed by years honing my skills as a private chef and as a Head Chef on Celebrity Cruise Lines. This professional journey instilled in me a commitment to quality, precision, and innovative flavors, which forms the cornerstone of our culinary offerings. Amanda complements this expertise with her lifelong passion for cooking and an innate ability to create dishes that are both comforting and exquisitely flavorful.
Drawing from our own experiences as a busy family with three children, we understand the importance of well-executed events and the pleasure of bringing people together. Our family recipe a blend of 3 meats, baked then slow simmered in our house made tomato sauce.
Crispy chicken thighs with creole seasoning, mini waffles, hot honey.
Succulent, pepper crusted steak grilled to perfection topped with imported Gorgonzola Dolce.
Mozzarella balls, cherry tomato, basil, aged vin cotto.
Calamari, shrimp and bay scallops, marinated in spices tossed with olives, tomatoes and evoo. Served in an endive cup.
Coriander crusted Ahi tuna, chipotle rubbed grilled pineapple, fresh avocado served on a fresh tortilla round.
Pickled shrimp, red onion, orange segments, fennel. Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
